Villa
Arkadia is located on a 10,000 sqm estate providing a breathtaking view of the
Argolic Plain, the Argolic Gulf, the mountains of Arcadia and of Nafplion, the
historic capital of Greece.
It boasts a large pool, a separate pool house with fitness equipment and more
than 400 sqm of terraces, allowing for privacy even if the house is fully
occupied. You will always be able to find the ideal combination of sun and wind.
Villa
Arkadia was built by the author Cajus Bekker in a secluded location in 1974 and
was completely refurbished in 2007 paying a lot attention to detail. It is fully
climatised and can be used all-the-year. The villa is equipped with new kitchens,
new baths and furniture, and the Upper House features a large library that was
installed in 2007. Its unique location allows for beach and sporting holidays
for the entire family and offers unforgettable excursions to the famous sites of
classical Greece: The legendary Mycene, Tiryns and Epidavros (with the best
restored amphitheatre of the Hellenistic era) are right next door, and day trips
are available to the ancient sites of Olympia and Delphi.
The scent of old pine trees and the whispering wind carry our guests away from
everyday’s hustle, allowing careless days just as life was once in legendary
Arcadia.
